The first is a calorie tracking tool You just enter some personal information and it lets you know how many calories you should be consuming to achieve your goal.
There is also a BMI (Body Mass Index) tool. BMI is the measurement of body fat based on height and weight.
My personal favorite is the Target Heart Rate tool. Many people are not training in the ‘Zone’. I had a friend ask me why she wasn’t losing weight when she was working out 6 days a week. It turns out she was training too hard and was not burning fat, only sugar. It is not only important for people who are trying to lose weight but also for those wanting to take their fitness to a new level. Watching your heart rate is UBER important. You can pick up a heart rate monitor for great prices these days.
